Welcome to the Renderator™ Referral Program (the “Program”). By participating in the Program, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility: Participation in the Program is open to individuals and entities (“Referrers” or “you”) who refer new paying customers to Renderator™ services. Employees of Renderator™ and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Referral Rewards: Referrers will earn a commission of 5% on all payments made by the referred paying customers (“Referred Customers”) to Renderator™ during the Referred Customers’ first year of service. The commission is calculated based on net payments received by Renderator™, excluding any refunds, chargebacks, taxes, and service fees.

3. Referral Process:

• To participate, Referrers must use the specific referral link or code provided by Renderator™.
• A Referred Customer is considered valid if they:
  • Have not previously registered with Renderator™ services.
  • Sign up for Renderator™ services using the Referrer’s unique referral link or code.
  • Make their first payment to Renderator™.

4. Payment of Commissions:

• Commissions are paid monthly.
• Payments are made via bank transfer or PayPal.
• Referrers are responsible for providing accurate payment information and for any taxes or charges related to the commission received.

5. Limitations:

• Referrers may not refer themselves or create multiple accounts to receive commissions.
• Renderator™ reserves the right to disqualify any Referrer from the Program at its discretion, should the Referrer engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviors.

6. Termination: Both the Referrer and Renderator™ may terminate participation in the Program at any time with notice. Upon termination, any unpaid commissions will be paid during the next billing cycle, provided the conditions for payment are met.

7. Modifications to the Terms: Renderator™ reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued participation in the Program following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Liability: Renderator™ shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising in connection with the Program.

9. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Quebec, Quebec. Canada.
